Pithruvedi, an association of fathers came into existence in the year 1992. All the fathers in the parish are the members of pithruvedi. More than forty members are active in the day to day activities of the church. Pithruvedi has been actively involving all the parish activities from the very beginning of the church. They have a tremendous history of great initiatives and leadership. This association is the backbone of the church. During the time of land purchase, church construction, Consecration of the church the members were on the leading role.
The aim of this association is to form the children who are entrusted to our spiritual care who will only see good, hear good and do good. It is the duty of everyone who are engaged in the work of education to facilitate the little innocent children with chances for the apostolic activities. This is the thought, which gave a push to begin Thirubalasakyam in our Parish as well.
